Your Experience Matters
We are a family, locally owned gym in Ridgecrest, CA. Our mission is to offer a full scale gym facility with a heart for people. We offer a kids club, indoor walking track, cardio theatre, full line of brand new LifeFitness and Hammer Strength machines, free weights, functional fitness area, Senior Circuit and group fitness classes. Classes include Les Mills Body Pump, Indoor Cycle, Dance Cardio, Yoga and Active Aging. Memberships are available for individuals 13 and older and include a free personal training session. Kid’s club hours are 8 am to 12 pm and 3 – 8 pm, M-F. Saturday is 8-12 pm for ages 6 months through 12 years.
In the gym you will find:
- A free weight area equipped with dumbbell sets up to 125 pounds and a variety of weightlifting benches.
- A circuit area equipped with Hammer Strength plate loaded and weight stack machines and Life Fitness cable machines.
- A functional fitness area equipped with a push and pull sled, medicine balls, battle ropes, kettlebells and TRXs.
- A powerlifting area equipped with power racks, deadlifting pads, olympic weight bars, bumper plates and smith machines.
- Cardio area equipped with Life Fitness treadmills, ellipticals, recumbent bikes, row machines, Stairmasters, and a Treadwall
- An Active Aging circuit equipped with resistance machines designed specifically to be gentle on joints, with machines to target every major muscle group. Follow along with the provided interval timer to get the optimal time on each machine.
- A spin studio equipped with the newest Life Fitness spin bikes, L.E.D. lighting and kick butt stereo system to get you pumped up!
- A group fitness area equipped with weight bars, free weights, yoga props and foam rollers.
- A dry Sauna that can help with pain relief, muscle relaxation, stress reduction, detoxification and more!
